If you are interested in having your library participate, please send a completed form back to Colleen.  She will be helping to keep track of the libraries participating, so please let her know the following information:

• Library Name
• Staff Contact Name, phone and email
• Competition Date

Once she receives that information, she will also send you a PDF of the Chess Competition Participation certificate.  She can also send you score sheets if you need them.
