Savastinuk say it's a model for library service that encourages constant and purposeful change, inviting user participation in the creation of both the physical and the virtual services they want, supported by consistently evaluating services.

Harris County Public Library in Houston, TX has just about the most extensive library Flickr site I've found. They have well over FOUR THOUSAND photos up, showing off their library, events, and patrons in dozens of different albums. This is a great example!
